Welcome to FITTR BootCamp!!

Hi Guys, 

In an effort to kick start a healthier and fittr living amongst the Malaysian society, we are setting up a training method like none other available to the general population. This method is similar to those done by the military, but taken back a notch to accomodate the abilities of the average Jane and Joe. 

Our program eliminates the need for an enrollment into a gym. Instead of using fancy machines and equipment, we get down to the basics of human motion (functional training) with the use of more dynamic equipment such as resistance bands, medicine balls and even your own body weight. As a metaphore, the best way to improve in tennis, is to play tennis. The same applies, for your body to function optimally for activities of daily living (ADL) you need to train/teach it to work for ADL. This is our approach in developing your training regime. Its down to the bare essentials. 

This program is suitable for all populations at any fitness level who are apparently healthy and has had a physician's clearance to participate in physical exercise. Our goal is to develop a healthier society, with lower risk of diseases while preaching the importance of health & fitness. 

We are still in the midst of our final preparation for this program. Making finalized decisions to kick start your healthier lifestyle! Our target is to start the program in June.
